Job Description
Arthur are currently partnered with a personal lines insurer who have the opportunity for an experienced Compliance professional to join as Head of Compliance reporting into the board. This is a full time, permanent position on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office) based in London.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience with S166 / investigations - full coverage from start to finish, including FCA liaison
- Strong Consumer Duty and Conduct Risk experience
- Personal Lines / General Insurance background (preferably Home or Electronics)
- Minimum 7 years experience within Compliance
- Strong regulatory understanding
