Your key responsibilities will be.
- Function as the business' nominated officer for the branch.
- Drive the culture of compliance across the business.
- Build the compliance function for the business.
- Develop Regulatory and financial crime processes and ensure the implementation and appropriate controls that reflect on the business and its requirements.
- Creation of the compliance monitoring plan
- Assist with the application for the branch licence.
