Due to the ongoing success and demand from our clients across the tech space we have made the decision to grow our Contract Division through hiring a Head of Contracts person to spearhead the initial growth. We anticipate that 2024 has the potential to be our most successful year to date.
Head Of Contract: Spearheading the Contracts Division
As an Experienced Technology Contracts Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to support our expansion into the UK and EU Contract market, with an initial focus on one area of our business – Software Engineering, Data, DevOps & Cloud or Product. We are seeking an experienced individual who thrives on challenges, is dedicated to hard work, and seeks to reap the rewards of success. You will craft a clear vision and strategic roadmap to assemble a high-performing team capable of achieving this objective.
You will have a strong foothold in the Tech industry and will bring with you valuable relationships from both a candidate and client perspective you will also have experience of growing a contractor base and cross selling into different clients and sectors within Tech.
Key Responsibilities:
Scale and Build Contract Business:
Lead the scaling and building of our contract business, and in time hiring a team to help support you in this.
Identify and leverage new accounts to initiate contract opportunities, with a focus on cross-team collaboration and cross-selling with current clients.
Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand our contracts portfolio and penetrate the UK & EU markets effectively.
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies for new business development and client acquisition in the contracts space.
