Job Description
We're looking for a new Contracts Manager. Someone who can take ownership and responsibility for all existing and future contracts and binding agreements for our clients Business. Reporting to the FD and MD and working closely with the Sales Teams.

The organisation we're working with is an Engineering Services & Manufacturing Business who both produce cutting edge measurement devices used in a vast array of applications, as well as providing these on a Service basis Globally to some of the biggest names in the Renewable Energy, Construction, Maritime, Aerospace, Engineering industry and more.
They're a fast growing but tight knit group based here in the UK in the beautiful Malvern Hills, in a brand new purpose built facility that will support the next 10 years of growth. (Complete with vegetable patches for employees and their families to come and use). They are supported by a Privately Owned Billion £ Group of companies focussed in the Renewable sector (so investment is available and support of a Group Corporate office when needed).
As they grow and their products are entering a phase of commoditisation, they're looking to bring on an individual who can review and refresh and ultimately own their contracts from end to end. Producing standardised, simple terms of business both from a technical product sales point of view as well as service provision.
The ideal outcome will be commercially protective terms that discourage the need for bespoke negotiating from clients, but flexible and simple enough that suppliers and clients are not 'pushed away' during deal cycles, essentially making it as easy and safe as possible for the Sales Teams to do Business with people, while balancing the commercial risk to the company.
The role is based on site in Malvern with some flexibility where required for hybrid working.
