Due to succession planning, they are looking to recruit an experienced residential property solicitor who will take over the eventual running of their conveyancing department.

The firm has a good reputation for their work and established links with referrers and providers of conveyancing work, as well as a loyal returning client base so the future caseload is secure. You will join an exitsting team, working closely with the current head of property, with a view that there will be an extended handover of clients and work over the next couple of years.
