Responsibilities:

  • Guardian of the Brand Image:
  • Develop and refine brand identity guidelines to ensure a consistent and luxurious brand image across all platforms.
  • Act as a Brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines are kept relevant and up to date.
  • Manage the Digital Media Library to ensure global and local teams use the relevant assets and answer to our external partners' needs.
  • Ensure consistency of brand communication throughout different consumer touch points, supporting the team in delivering excellent materials across all Digital, PR, Retail, Training, Trade Marketing and Merchandising touchpoints to create unique customer experiences in retail and online.


  • Content Development:
  • Lead and innovate in the creation of high-end static and video content tailored for e-commerce, social media, and educational platforms.
  • Work closely with marketing, social media and education teams to align creative visions with strategic brand goals, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative across all consumer interactions.


  • Studio Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for photoshoot projects including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements, enhancing teamwork and promoting creativity.
  • Liaise with external vendors including photographers, models, and other creative partners to produce premium content.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and conducive studio environment for photoshoots.


  • Team Development:
  • Lead the creative team, including two Digital Designers, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
  • Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand’s luxury standards.
  • Improve creative quality and efficiencies through smarter working practices in the team.
  • Manage multiple priority and fast turn-around projects end-to-end; ensuring that the teams work on time and within budget.


Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional aesthetic eye with an excellent understanding of beauty and fashion trends within the luxury market.
  • Proven experience in premium or luxury brand environments, with a deep understanding of the nuances of high-end consumer engagement.
  • Experience as a Video / Creative Producer / Photographer.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI skills.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
