Our Client
Campbell North have been retained by a tech start-up that are changing the way we all access IPO events. They believe markets should be transparent and inclusive and have forged partnerships with major stock exchanges around the world, allowing them to offer high-street customers access to IPO shares at valuation. Until now, this has been the domain of large institutional investors.
The Role
Campbell North looking to engage with senior leaders within data to build out a new analytics and data science team.
As well as growing product and customer analytics teams, you’ll manage machine learning projects across the group as they continue to scale. You’ll also partner with board level stakeholders to guide and underwrite keys strategic decisions, including what IPO events to participate in.
This role is hands off, you’ll set the vision and strategy to grow teams, adoption of data driven insights and overall technology selection.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience leading data science teams
- A background in using applied data science techniques within a product, customer or marketing setting
- Experience taking proof of concepts through to production environments
- Evidenced track record of working with C-Suite level stakeholders
