The Head of Development is a key member of our senior management team, leading philanthropic income generation across corporate, trust and foundation, and individual supporters, managing our relationships with statutory and lottery funders, and leading a development team.

With our leadership team you will build and deliver fundraising strategy across all our programmes and contribute to organisational planning with colleagues across the senior management team. You will recruit and nurture a team across all development income sources.
You will a visible and highly effective ambassador for Bradford 2025 with partners from major national and corporate sponsors, statutory funders, and high value individual philanthropists through to local community groups.
