A well-established design and marketing agency is looking for their 1st Head of Digital to join their team!
Joining the senior management team, you will lead all-things online so the right candidate will be an all-rounder who can oversee web development, PPC, SEO, email and social media across varied client base.
Due to big business wins, a unique opportunity has arisen to join a brilliant team with huge growth plans this year!
What we’re looking for:
- Vast experience in digital marketing, spearheading the conception and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Planning, execution, and refinement of paid search (PPC) and organic search (SEO) campaigns to bolster website traffic, generate leads, and enhance conversions.
- Collaborating with the studio manager to delegate tasks and oversee project progression, while continually enhancing website design, functionality, and user experience.
- Crafting and executing impactful digital advertising and retargeting efforts.
- Establishing and monitoring digital marketing KPIs, ROIs, and metrics to gauge performance, assess campaign efficacy, and optimise returns – fostering a data-centric environment.
- Partnering with the creative team to ensure seamless alignment between digital initiatives and brand and offline marketing efforts.
- Keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies (including AI utilisation), along with staying proactive in sharing actionable insights.
- Leading the team by example with a hands-on approach to daily operations.
