We're seeking an accomplished Digital Marketer with a proven track record in delivering end-to-end Digital and Traditional media campaigns across UK and International markets. As a strategic thinker, you'll plan campaigns using various channels, including Programmatic Display, Search, VOD, Social Media (organic and paid), OOH, DOOH, SEO strategies, forums, and more.
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll lead a team of 8 professionals, overseeing senior digital marketing managers, campaign managers, data analysts, and media executives. You'll be instrumental in their development and growth through direct line management.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilise advanced knowledge of funnel tracking, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficiently use CM360, DV360, GA4, GTM.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and actively participate in pitches to win exciting projects.
Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency environment.
- Expert in the digital marketing space with multi-channel media planning and execution experience.
- Advanced knowledge of funnel tracking, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Proficient user of CM360, DV360, GA4, GTM.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience in participating in pitches to win exciting projects.
Competitive
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with an early Friday finish at 3.58 pm.
