Head of Early Years | Large Nursery Setting

Compass Associates are excited to be working with a fantastic independent Nursery who are looking for and experienced nursery manager to lead their services in Surbiton. We are looking for candidates who are currently working as a nursery manager capacity, knowledge of Ofsted and integration.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
- Management experience within a large nursery setting
- Experience around increasing occupancy and recruitment
- Budget management
- Ofsted, governance and compliance
Location
The role is based in Surbiton and is commutable from Esher, Wimbledon, Sutton, Cobham and surrounding areas
