A brand new role in a brand new department. The world is changing at a fast pace and here at Zone3 we recognise these changes and are adapting fast. Led by our growth in the US market, we have created a new e-commerce department and are now looking for the right individual to lead this department. The role sits within the Senior Management team and thus will also play a role in the overall development of the business across all areas. We are looking to grow our turnover across all the ecommerce channels – our own websites, Amazon globally along with other marketplace opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role manages a current team of 5 staff split across ecommerce and CS support and there is an expectation for this team to grow to support the sales growth. You will also be working closely with all other departments especially the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure a best in class website, delivery and customer service experience for our customers.
KEY SKILLS:
Experience in maximising B2C sales – delighting the customer with their purchasing journey through the website Experience selling seasonal goods
Knowledge of the USA e-commerce market An interest in sports – especially swim / bike / run
Driving maximum ROI on PPC / google ad spend to ensure best return Operating at Senior Management Team level
Experience and use of Shopify Software, Experience of WordPress
Selling on the Amazon marketplace using vendor, seller. FBA
Selling on other marketplace websites such as Zalando or Decathlon
Strong IT skills with E-commerce experience
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
