We are looking to appoint aHead of English to join our team based at our Matthew Boulton College to cover a period of Maternity.

We're looking forAaconfident leader who is able to manage and motivate the Maths/English teams across the three colleges to achieve consistency and excellence in practice. The primary responsibility is to cultivate a collaborative and productive working environment to ensure teaching, learning and assessment is consistent in its approach and is inspirational, of high quality and supports learners to succeed across the three colleges. The appointed Department Manager, in addition to their existing remit, will support managers with the functioning and development of each department working towards the college’s strategic English and Maths goals and key performance indicators.
