Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for asset management across multiple assets.
Managing stakeholder interest.
Supporting all parts of the business looking to maximise revenue.
Qualifications/Experience:
MRICS with proven experience of asset and property management.
Knowledge of relevant legislation for residential and commercial leases.
Understanding the development process of property.
