Salary: GBP £29,344 - £44,919 + TLR1c £8706

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to lead our fantastic Creative Arts Faculty. Our Creative Arts Team are a group of hardworking & innovative teachers that are motivated to continuously improve their teaching practice. The Creative Arts Faculty is made up of Art, Music, Drama & Photography; with all subjects being popular across all key stages. We have an ‘outstanding’ sixth form; with a curriculum that includes our Creative Arts subjects. We are a school that prides itself on keeping up to date with educational research & ensuring that our learners are equipped for the modern age; our Digital learning strategy is a testament to this. We are passionate about sharing good practice, learning from one another & striving to make our classrooms an environment where every student can learn & progress.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a passion for Creative Arts subjects & a drive to ensure that all students engage in a broad and balanced curriculum.
  • Have knowledge of what makes a successful team & skillset to motivate teachers to continually improve & enhance their curriculum.
  • Be pasionate about students having access to excellent creative provision, both inside & outside of timetabled lessons.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a school with an excellent creative arts team. The candidate will teach one of the creative arts subjects: Art (prefered), Photography, Music or Drama.
