Our client is a bespoke and quality led developer looking to strengthen their finance team. The ideal candidate will offer property experience with exposure to funding and have ambitions to progress and become an FD in a well-established, growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finance function, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Hands-on involvement in cash flow management and funding activities.
- Utilise COINS software for effective financial and commercial management.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance revenue generation and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Our Ideal candidate:
- Degree qualified.
- Chartered or Certified Accountant.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within finance bringing energy and drive to the function.
- Ideally from an SME housebuilder with exposure to funding, or a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly from another sector.
- Hands-on experience with Excel sheets for cash flows and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in managing cash flows and funding within accounts.
