<p>My client is looking for a Head of Finance to contribute to the overall success of the business. Reporting into the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will act as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team and will effectively manage all financial tasks for the Company.</p><p>The successful candidate will be able to :</p><ul><li>Be able to demonstrate significant experience of working at a senior level within a complex project Finance role.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills at all levels.</li><li>Be commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.</li><li>Excellent problem solving skills.</li><li>Excellent management and organisational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence - ability to motivate staff</li><li>Outstanding knowledge of UK financial and accounting regulation and communication requirements for a listed company</li><li>"Hands on" ERP systems experience - SAP- and Earned Value Management</li><li>Background coordinating with IT staff to manage and / or upgrade accounting system.
