MacGregor Black are working with a Consumer Goods business on the search for a Head of Finance. This is a permanent role based in the Newcastle Upon Tyne. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the finance function. Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct financial strategy, control systems, processes, and reporting activities Produce and deliver comprehensive management information and analysis Ensure compliance with regulations and manage cash flow effectively Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to achieve excellence Monitor and ensure the achievement of departmental budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs What are we looking for? Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA/ICAS). Excellent Leadership Skills 4+ years in Finance management Experience in an FMCG environment advantageous but not a prerequisite Line management experience Competitive salary + benefits.
