With funding from prominent angel investors like Thomas, Github’s CEO, and VCs like Crane VC and Project A, we are looking for someone who will join our founding team and help shape our future.

Your Role:
We are a small team with ambitious growth targets. The responsibilities you tackle today will evolve significantly over the coming quarters. Your primary role will involve coordinating all our operations, including finance, accounting, HR, and legal. Specifically, you will:
Oversee a small operations team consisting of both internal staff and external partners.
Lead financial planning and reporting for a multi-million dollar budget.
Manage accounting and tax affairs for our entities in Germany and the US.
Collaborate with lawyers and tax advisors to plan and establish our international corporate structure.
Develop and implement strategies for acquiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
And remember, we are a startup, so you will need to be ready to wear many hats.
Requirements:
A strong inclination towards working in startup environments. We aim to deliver rapid results, reduce unnecessary processes and meetings, and concentrate on what truly matters.
Several years of experience in finance, ideally with international exposure.
Proficiency in both German and English. You should feel comfortable communicating with German institutions over the phone as needed.
Residency in Berlin or nearby (within a 3-hour travel radius). While we operate remotely, occasional in-person meetings are desirable.
