Looking for a new Head of Finance role?
Finitas are working with a leading, award-winning Life & Protection Insurer looking to add a Head of Finance to the team. You will have experience of managing people, developing and improving processes, and exposure to Life Insurance reporting and controls.
You will manage key stakeholders internally and externally, produce monthly management reports and Year End statements, and assist CFO with business plan preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of monthly financial management reports and Year-End financial statements
- Develop existing processes and controls
- Quarterly financial reports for the board
- Assist CFO in preparation of business plan
- Monitor KPIs and explain variances
Key Skills/Experience:
- Minimum 5-years Post Qualification Experience (ACA, ACCA)
- Strong insurance accounting experience and Life insurance experience
- Proven record of stakeholder management
- Management experience
- Commercial acumen
