High growth Fintech businessin Bristol has a newly created opening for a Head of FP&A to build out and grow its FP&A capabilities. With clear FP&A experience, you must be a self-starter with a solution driven approach, continuously looking for ways to improve process/system efficiency. This represents an ideal opportunity to cement yourself as part of a SLT.
Role
The focus of this role is strategic. This is a senior position, carrying personal responsibility for the management and delivery of the FP&A agenda. The role requires broad finance knowledge and understanding, business expertise and a deep understanding of business drivers and reporting systems. Drivingstrategic investment and budgeting decisions through in-depth financial analysis, collaborating closely with functional teams across the company, you will also lead the preparation of the business plan, budgeting & forecasting process and investor reporting. Additional responsibilities may include operational and strategic cash management and liquidity planning.
About You
We’re looking to attract a really high energy, motivated and driven Head of FP&A. You may currently operating at a FP&A or Senior FP&A Manager level and have a real desire to step change your sphere of influence in a business. Exposure to FinTech would be beenficial but not essential. Experience managing the financial modelling process and scenario forecasting and re-forecasting (either as part of a finance team or outsourced service function) is critical as is a strong track record of working with non-finance stakeholders to achieve brilliant outcomes.
