The SVP, Head of Global Client Management, will play a key leadership role at 3S Money, overseeing and directing the Global Client Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing
Leadership and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive client account management strategy aligned with the 3S Money’s customer first mentality.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the Client Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the client experience and maximise client satisfaction.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services to existing clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through client retention and expansion.

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all client interactions and account management practices.
  • Implement and maintain effective risk management practices within the Client Management function.

Team Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing Client Management team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilise data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on client account management performance.

About you, you have

  • A minimum of 8 years experience within Client Services or Client Managementand at least 2 of those in managing international teams.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster collaboration and excellence within the Client Management team, with beneficial experience in leading international teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute customer-first client account management strategies, ideally in private banking or investment banking.
  • Demonstrated success in strategically building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Track record of identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, effective risk management practices, and proficiency in data analytics for informed decision-making and reporting to senior management.
