Are you a HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an extremely rare and exciting opportunity to join a leading financial authority leading their UK HR function.
The company are at a pivotal stage increasing their online presence and digital platforms significantly improving their customer base.
Duties and objectives of the role will include:
- Engaging with the most senior stakeholders ensuring regulatory requirements and the HR agenda is met
- Develop a high-performance culture building on co-worker engagement
- Enabling the leadership team to achieve business objectives, Learning and development, Resource and Talent Planning
Skills and experience required:
- CIPD or QBE in a professional services industry essential
- Significant experience in a similar role to Head of HR level
- Experience within either banking, financial services, fintech or similar industries advantageous
- Exceptional knowledge of operational excellence
