The Role

As the successful Head of HR you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. As part of your role you will collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive organisations culture and employee engagement/development which is a huge focus for our client.

The ideal fit

• Experience in a HR leadership role
• Manufacturing experience is ideal
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary: circa £65,000 plus benefits package.

Location: South East London area.
