CMA HR Division are currently assisting a large reputable brand based in Guildford to recruit a permanent Head of HR Shared Services in an exciting opportunity to join their HR Leadership team.
The Head of HR Services will plays a key part in shaping the strategic customer journey across the business for all employee’s with continuous focus on development and delivery of excellent HR customer service and operational approach
What will the role involve?
- The Head of Shared services will lead the department on developing common methodologies for the delivery of core business actions.
- Working with the HR Leadership team responsible for the effectiveness of operational support and processes across the business.
- Provide leadership on operational delivery and cross-function actives including resource management, operational planning, and project delivery and performance management.
- Responsible for leadership responsibilities for continuous improvement with expectation to horizon-scan and understand demands from outside the HR team.
- Build team capability and understanding of what good looks like to deliver excellent service to a broad customer base.
- Create robust KPI performance reports and dashboards
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities, new initiatives to enhance performance, customer experience and outcomes.
Suitable Candidate:
- Ideally the suitable candidate will have lead a customer improvement program with team management experience across an HR Shared Service Centre
- Experience of managing a large HR Team
- Experience of building team capability
- Experience of cross business process review program and project management of improvement changes
