The Head of Insurance Broker/Operations Manager must have a solid background in Commercial (Construction) and Motor (Fleet) Insurance, leading Accounts Handlers and Accounts Executives.Skills Required for the Head of Insurance Broker/Operations Manager: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An experienced insurance broking people leader who has a strong background in Insurance Brokerage. Previous experience in Account Handling within an Insurance company. Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the Insurance industry specifically within Commercial (Construction) and Motor (Fleet) Insurance. Proven track record delivering both top and bottom-line performance and growth. Able to improve business performance, income, and employee engagement within a regulated environment through effective sales planning.
