Head of Investment Operations - Investment Management

The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to join a growing asset management organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to build and lead a large team of investment operations professionals reporting directly in to the Chief Operations Officer.
As the Head of Investment Operations, you will develop and establish a stable operating investment platform to support the firm's institutional and retail investment management business. In addition, you will manage and lead a team of forty with full responsibility for shaping the vision and the strategy.

Key remits:
Oversight of trade support, data management, technology platforms and pricing functions.
Design and deliver effective accounting platforms to create an effective client services operation.
Analysis and design and processes to ensure effective operations across the team.
Management of 3rd party vendor relationships including review and service delivery.
Leadership of internal review committee to discuss and define new ideas.
Recruitment and management of the team.
Experience:
Extensive experience in a leadership role within investment operations and middle office within the investment management industry.
Excellent technical knowledge of the components of the middle office function.
Expert level knowledge of regulatory frameworks including UCITS.
Strong grasp of market and industry trends.
Proven management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
