We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Head of IT and Digital Transformation for a leading change management consultancy. The role will sit on the leadership team and will define the company’s digital strategy and improve current processes. The post holder will also manage a team of 5 and the role will have a 60/40 split between managerial and operational duties.
Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office following induction - Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.
Head of IT and Digital Transformation’s Core Duties
- Define the company’s digital transformation strategy
- Lead and manage the IT & AV teams to ensure all systems / services are effective / resilient
- Integrate systems and provide enhanced customer experiences
- Maintain cyber security to ensure Cyber Essentials Plus certification is achieved
- Lead on achieving the company’s technological aspirations globally
Head of ITand Digital Transformation’s Key Skills
- IT / Computing degree with higher-level IT qualification
- Substantial experience managing a Team at a senior level
- Significant experience facilitating digital transformation within an organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Solution orientated
- Highly effective leadership and management skills
- Strong industry experience and technical knowledge
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) - desirable
- Experienced with enterprise-level applications (SharePoint, Exchange, MS SQL Server) - desirable
- Understanding of an organisation’s goals and aspirations - desirable
- Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws - desirable
