Job Description
Leading the Technology department and overseeing all IT related activities
You will be responsible for creating IT policy and strategy, implementing ITIL standards and Governance.
Managing, mentoring and supporting the current IT Team (8 split across hardware, servers & ERP).
Utilising Infrastructure and leveraging technology to help the organisation reach their goals.
This is an influential role that will be reporting directly to the C-suite
Controlling the IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of IT should have:
- Experience in leading an IT department of at least 4 people
- An understanding of ITIL Governance and best practice.
- A track record of developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- An understanding of industry compliance requirements.
- Proven team management, mentoring and development skills.
