Head of ITto manage the IT and AV team.

You will deliver high-quality service to the 400 users around the world and ensure the cloud IT systems remain operational.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the
Head of IT,you will,

  • Managing the IT and AV team, consisting of 4 individuals, maintaining, and improving IT/AV systems and services
  • Strategize with senior leadership teams to ensure all technology is resilient and costefficient
  • Forming strategies to integrate diverse systems, and provide coherent user experiences
  • Maintaining and extending cyber security provisions, to ensure systems receive Cyber Essentials Plus certification
  • Plan and lead strategies to extend the charity's global aspirations

REQUIREMENTS:

To be considered for the role of
Head of IT,you must have,

  • A degree or higherlevel IT qualification
  • Previous experience in managing an IT team, at a senior level
  • Proven experience as a strong and effective manager, taking responsibility and making decisions for your team
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills, delegation skills and performance management
