We are looking to recruit an outstanding Head of IT / Computer Science with the management skills to lead and develop this highly successful department. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner and bring passion and enthusiasm to the role along with the ability to teach proactive and focused lessons at KS3, 4 and 5.Teaching Computer Science up to A Level is essential. You will hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification along with the desire and dedication to ensure high standards of pupil progression and attainment.
As Head of Department you will have strong people and administration skills to provide strategic direction and development of IT/ Computer Science within the College, cultivating teaching and learning by ensuring high expectations of staff and pupils within a happy and purposeful environment.
