Ada Meher are currently resourcing for a passionate Head of IT, on behalf of a nationwide residential and nursing care services company. A successful candidate will contribute from day one; focusing on the leadership of all IT related activities across the company, whilst delivering the agreed IT strategy in line with their commercial objectives.
The role will largely involve the management of a primarily outsourced suite of SaaS applications; designing and implementing appropriate processes, and build the appropriate reports, delivering timely information to business leaders and operations, as well as the maintenance of GDPR compliance within the business.
This role is currently operating on a partially remote basis; therefore, a successful candidate will be required to travel into Leeds City Centre a maximum of three times a week.
To be considered:
- Vendor management experience
- Experienced in process improvement and alterations
- Knowledge of GDPR compliance procedures
- Experience in IT service management (ITIL)
- Ability to work with and manage a concise team
