Service Care Legal are recruiting a Head of Law within a Local Authority based in the Liverpool area. The Candidate must have a strong background of Commercial Property and Regeneration. More details below:
ROLE: Head of Law
LOCATION: Liverpool City Council
CONTRACT: 6 months
RATE: £60-£80 (umbrella)
The Role-
- To lead the delivery of high quality and solution focused legal services to the City Council, schools and other clients.
- To be the Council's lead advisor and representative in an area of Commercial Property and Regeneration.
- To work collaboratively with the other Heads of Law and Head of Legal Practice in ensuring continuous improvement in aspects of the service
The Person-
- Fully Qualified Solicitor with a Minimum 5 years PQE.
- 10+ years local Authority desirable and confident with the structure and framework of a local authority.
- Experience in Commercial Property and Regeneration, previously leading a team/ head of department would be benifical.
- Confident communicator and a strong, diverse leader.
