Head of Legal Recruitment
£100,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
London / WFH-blend
Strategic national leadership role, within legal recruitment. You will take over the running of a UK-wide recruitment business, specialising in the legal sector. Joining a well respected recruitment firm, with big plans for future growth.
In this key role, you would not be expected to personally fee-earn. (However, it's naturally envisaged that you be involved in key client development and therefore will rainmake a certain level of business for your teams). You'll be given full authority to recruit and to grow your teams, shaping the business as it grows and developing the key team underneath you.
We are therefore seeking an experienced and credible operator within legal recruitment. (Please note that a background in legal recruitment is an absolute prerequisite for this position). Ideally, you will have a track record in managing a number of teams. You will be a subject matter expert, with the gravitas to inspire confidence in those around you.
