Atacana is a hyper-growth organization with no intention to slow down.About you:You will be responsible for designing and deploying end to end machine learning and AI systems to drive business value and enable data-driven decision making. This role requires an individual who has a proven track record of managing complex and high-impact projects in large organizations. You have extensive experience with LLMs, training and fine-tuning the models, deploy them and architect the infrastructures to support the Language based Machine Learning solutionsResponsibilities:- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive machine learning strategy, including devising and implementing a roadmap for deployment of end to end machine learning and AI systems- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as data scientists and engineers, in order to ensure successful project delivery- Develop and maintain a process for ensuring data quality, accuracy, and reliability- Develop and maintain a process for ensuring the ethical use of machine learning and AI- Monitor and evaluate performance of machine learning models and recommend changes to improve accuracy and efficiency- Build and lead a high performing team of ML EngineersRequirements:- Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Statistics or Engineering - Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, and/or data science- Experience deploying large scale end to end machine learning and AI systems- Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Familiarity with current trends in machine learning, AI, and data science- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required
