We are keen to find a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead this business to further growth. Already the largest and most successful in this sector, but still have huge scope for growth, customers trust them for their quality of products and service.

Responsibilities
As Head of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of strategic growth, leading all marketing activities and initiatives. You will shape all marketing functions, drive brand awareness, and contribute significantly to the company’s future success.
Responsibilities include.
·Strategic Marketing Leadership- Devise and deliver a strong marketing plan.
·Team Management– Manage an NI & ROI marketing team.
·Market Research– Using data to drive effective marketing campaigns.
·Brand Development– To increase awareness & loyalty.
·Digital Marketing– Manage all Websites, external agencies, Paid Advertising, Social's and Leverage technology to enhance all marketing.
·Budget Management– Manage and allocate budgets effectively.
·Customer Relationship Management (CRM)– Use existing database to maximise communication with customers in a targeted approach.
·Manage - Partnerships and Collaborations, PR, Events, Reporting and Recruitment of Marketing Team.
Requirements
· Ideally degree educated in Marketing or related subject.
· Min 3-5+ years of managing a marketing team, including strategic planning, people management & development and budget management.
· Proven ability across all marketing functions, traditional and digital, working with external agencies to ensure value for money and accountability on success.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to demonstrate prior success at increasing market share and brand awareness in both B2B and B2C markets.
· Willingness to travel between Newry & Dublin to manage NI & ROI marketing teams.
· Proven ability to keep ahead of changes in digital marketing & technology.

Rewards
Super competitive salary, potentially between £50,000 - £80,000+ (or Euro equivalent for ROI job seeker) – very open to applicants from all levels in either Pounds or Euro, get in touch to discuss.
