The Role – Head of Marketing
This is an amazing opportunity for a driven, visionary and creative senior marketing professional, with proven experience heading up the marketing strategy for consumer brand. Candidates must have experience across the full marketing mix, as this role will encompass trade marketing, brand partnerships, marketing activation, market research, PR, ecommerce, CRM, digital incl. social media and product development, ecommerce, and events management. Prior line management and agency management is essential, as you will have a small team working underneath you.
As Head of Marketing, you will have full management accountability for a market leading brand across both traditional and digital marketing activity. You will be expected to work across the full marketing mix to deliver a successful marketing strategy that drives the brand performance, brand awareness and increases sales both through their direct ecommerce site and through retail channels.

Key Requirements – Head of Marketing
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, ideally having worked within the toy industry specifically - but experience within consumer goods/consumer durables is also highly advantageous, with experience developing and implementing annual marketing plans. This is a strategic role which will see you leading on marketing and brand strategy, we’re looking for candidates with the authority to drive and deliver whilst managing the expectations of stakeholders.
