The Mission:
To develop, implement, monitor and evaluate strategic marketing plans with the aim of generating leads and opportunities to influence AppLearn’s next phase of growth
Outcomes:
Execution of the marketing plan to meet business objectives
Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve exceptional performance
Support AppLearn’s strategic goals and priorities, specifically around lead generation and company growth
Lead the thought leadership and PR strategy to gain share of voice in a developing market
Build a world-class DAP brand
Contribute ideas and creative thinking
Experience
Relevant marketing degree / CIM qualification or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role within a B2B technology/SaaS company
Strong understanding of the B2B software sales process / buying journeys
Strong experience with positioning and ICP
Skilled in tracking and reporting against agreed sales and marketing metrics
Strong people management skills
Responsibilities
Create a strategic marketing plan which is aligned to business goals and objectives
Create lead forecasts across campaigns, and ensure effective progression of leads through the funnel
Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan including campaigns, events, content, digital, PR and operations
Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Provide insight and advice to key stakeholders relating to all aspects of marketing, communications, partnerships and relevant networks / communities
Managing external partner and supplier relationships and creating joint marketing plans
Effectively manage the marketing team and drive overall performance, with objectives and personal development
Ensure the competitive landscape and digital adoption platform market is appraised and documented
Monitor, report and analyse the results of marketing activity through the funnel
Ensure that projects are finished on time and in line with budgets/forecasts
Willingness to get involved in the details and contribute to the output
