The company manufactures its mechanical watches at scale from “The Wing”, Bremont’s 35,000 sq. ft state-of-the-art Manufacturing & Technology Centre in Henley-on-Thames, England. KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual to devise and implement the Global Marketing strategy, leading marketing planning and execution, cadence, strategy and development, being a key player in the next stage of the brand’s global development to achieve our ambitious growth plans.


The Head of Marketing will oversee our Brand and Channel marketing activities within Bremont, managing the budget, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across our media landscape and commercial channel, under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer.


We are looking for a talented marketeer with a strong consumer centric nature, who can inspire team members and drive success, leading the Marketing team to maximise profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market, working with the global distribution network, both self-owned and operated as well as partnered.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Design and lead the implementation of Marketing strategy for our brand and channel business.
  • Develop the Bremont brand and ensure its consistent expression across different channels.
  • Set and manage the marketing calendar and regional plans in conjunction with the CMO.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs and measure performance against them.
  • Lead the Marketing team working alongside in-house creative, PR, social media, and digital marketing capability. Create effective processes and instil culture of innovation and improvement.
  • Identify, negotiate, and activate sponsorship and partnership activity.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.
  • Lead marketing data and reporting.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Be a cultural evangelist for cultural and consumer trends and their relevant integration into marketing activity.
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new products.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire the team.
  • Brief press and PR teams about the new products ensuring positive feedback.
  • Agree timelines and deadlines for developing new products with the product development team and production engineering departments.


PERSON SPECIFICATION


Previous experience at Head of Marketing or Director level in the Luxury industry or leading marketing campaigns for luxury clients at Marketing Services agencies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to influence and manage key players.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint): Proficient and up-to-date level.
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud & Figma
