You will work closely with your team of Group Marketing Business Partners and key stakeholders to identify opportunities to meet market needs. You will achieve this by using data led methods, research trends, developing customers, business cases, and launching key product enhancements. You will also hold responsibility for championing and managing the Marketing Operations team, adding experience as and when the business requires it, managing workflows and sharing best practice across the group to ensure a positive and cohesive team environment.

In summary, this position will play an important role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement to increase efficiency and deliver better service to our customers.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

You will be able to demonstrate expertise and drive accountability. We are looking to build a culture of collaboration and efficiency.

You will have managed your own team and have a rich background in a broad sector of businesses with proven management skills both technical and people focussed. You will be inventive and pragmatic. You will have deep experience in creating, driving through and delivering product and business strategy. Have an innovative approach and can demonstrate success through operational roles in product development and programme delivery.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

You will have a proven track record of maintaining strong and robust relationships with stakeholders and be able to demonstrate where you have challenged and led on programmes and campaigns. We embrace continual development so would expect you to have developed your skills and experience and be able to demonstrate how you have put this in to practice.

What are the benefits of this role?

There really is no limit in terms of your personal growth, development and career by joining one of the largest Education Providers in the UK. You will have a comprehensive development programme as part of induction together with peer-to-peer learning, a formal development plan and support at every step of the way to set you up for success.

We offer a buddy system, a digital induction module and a close-knit community of experts and leaders across the Group to support the sharing of best practice and encourage individual growth.
