The Head of Marketing wil plan and implement the marketing strategy, conducting market research and data analysis, managing product marketing and customer satisfaction, overseeing various marketing communication channels such as advertising, PR, digital marketing, event planning, and branded merchandise, ensuring KPI measurement and reporting (ROI), managing budgets, and generating leads for the sales pipeline.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess commercial acumen and strategic marketing skills, have experience in a multichannel B2B environment, be proactive and self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Automotive sector experience is desirable but not essential.
