Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, agile marketing professional to join our growing family who has a proven track record and experience in driving growth for food and drink (or similar) challenger brands in the UK Grocery landscape.

Please do not apply if you are not experienced in SME/FMCG Grocery and cannot work from Central London.

The Role: Our chosen HOM will a true team player working with a talented team across a variety of marketing and brand functions to advance our brand awareness and conversion. Our candidate will need to be a practical, hands on member of our leadership team, with a strategic mind, and an ease for working in a nimble fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead our marketing plan, executing a cost-effective targeted multi-channel strategy to drive consumer acquisition & brand consideration.

• Own the KPIs for the direct to consumer side of the business from the strategy and implementation to positioning to acquisition

• Communicate and embed our brand proposition

• Shape our advertising and content creation strategies.

• Understand consumer insights and how they underpin & shape our plans.

• Develop and manage a team.

Experience Attributes

• At least 4 years’ of brand marketing experience.

• Strong understanding of the dynamics of working in a founder led independent SME.

• Experience leading and managing a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

About You:

You’ll be confident to articulate hard facts and be an engaging and persuasive communicator. You will have a demonstrable track record in digital marketing, marketing, and project management. You’ll believe in business as a force for good and be passionate about our social purpose.
