Your Tasks

1. You are responsible for team leadership, resource planning, project implementation, and campaign management of all marketing activities.
2. You coach our marketing team and help them to reach the next level.
3. You identify suitable online marketing activities for national and international customers and design marketing campaigns based on customer insights along the marketing tunnels and customer lifecycle.
4. You are responsible for editing, maintaining, and further developing our online channels (website/LinkedIn/YouTube).
5. You will conceive and develop target group and application-related communication content.
6. You coordinate the market launch of new products.
7. Budget planning and monitoring, as well as competitive intelligence and analysis, are also part of your tasks.
8. You will provide regular reports to the CEO and CSO.
9. You will coordinate with smartmicro US/UK and our partners and distributors.

Your Strengths

1. Completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, or product design, alternatively training or qualification in a similar field.
2. You have many years of experience in B2B/online marketing as well as in the management of channels and technologies of digital campaign management.
3. You are creative, independent, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
4. You have an affinity for online media and social media.
5. You possess strong service and customer orientation.
6. You enjoy actively working on projects and have a hands-on mentality.
7. Business fluent English is a requirement; German would be an advantage.
