Head of Marketing & PR – Exclusive role
Forde May Consulting is in partnership with a leading construction manufacturing firm seeking a Head of Marketing & PR. Based in the Mid-Ulster Region, the well-known company has placed quality products and customer service at the heart of its business and through organic growth, this new position has been created to lead on all Marketing & PR fronts.
As Head of Marketing & PR, you will develop and introduce marketing strategies to improve the performance of the business, identify new market opportunities and ensure the brand is brought through successfully across the UK & Ireland.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have complete responsibility for devising, implementing and delivering effective marketing strategies in line with the corporate objectives and the strategic business plan.
A key aspect of this role is to successfully manage the company’s digital marketing plan and to look at the best marketing & PR options to grow the GB market in particular. You will look at ways to maximise awareness across key clients as well as new and potential clients. The role may require travel throughout Ireland and GB where required however it is not expected this would be regular or often.
The Person
In order to proceed with this opportunity, you must have a relevant marketing qualification along with significant experience in the construction and manufacturing sector, to lead and advise board level directors on all marketing & PR related matters. You will manage a small team within the organisation, so you will need to demonstrate you have experience managing and inspiring those who will report into you.
