English/Media Head of Department
Start Date: Easter Onwards
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and inspiring Head of Department to lead and develop our successful Secondary School in Oxfordshire.
As the successful candidate, you will possess a relevant teaching qualification, have excellent knowledge of the current English/Media curriculum and be confident in using different strategies to ensure successful student outcomes.
Your main focus will be on raising standards of teaching and learning within the department and on working collaboratively to lead, inspire and motivate a successful and vibrant department.
We are looking for an experienced professional who will have an excellent understanding of the management and organisational skills necessary to successfully lead the English/Media Department.
