The Business School has recently approved the creation of a Non-Degree Programme Office (NDPO), tasked with the design and delivery of a new suite of non-degree programmes, originating from research centres and exchange initiatives. The Head of Non-Degree Programmes will recruit and lead a new programme team, which will oversee a portfolio of up to 10 programmes. They will be crucial to the development and delivery of new programmes, collaborating with faculty for curriculum design, resource management for timely delivery, integration into existing university frameworks, and managing all aspects of teaching, assessment, budgeting, and event coordination.

Working closely with the Non-Degree Education Committee (NDEC), responsibilities will include setting programme standards, ensuring quality managing operations, enhancing the participant experience and coordinating with the wider collegiate university. This role is central to the strategic growth and operational excellence of non-degree education at CJBS.

Strong management, operational, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to establish and nurture a team culture that values academic excellence, professionalism, collaboration, results orientation, and customer service focus. An understanding of the international graduate-level business school programme market, competition, and challenges is desirable. The ideal candidate should be an analytical and strategic thinker, with a proven ability to deliver results. They should have a professional demeanour, effective networking skills, and the ability to articulate CJBS's mission and participant quality to global corporate leaders.
