Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Head of Nursing to support a private healthcare provider based in Leeds, on a permanent basis. The role will require on site working.
The right candidate will essentially have experience with Endoscopy, and a good understanding with CQC.
Role and responsibilities:
1.Managing day-to-day operations:Ensuring that healthcare services are delivered smoothly and efficiently, meeting quality and safety standards.
2.Staff management:Supervising and managing healthcare staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
3.Budget management:Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations.
4.Quality assurance:Monitoring and assessing the quality of healthcare services provided, implementing improvements as needed to meet regulatory standards and patient expectations.
5.Compliance:Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain legal and ethical standards.
6.Stakeholder communication:Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, regulatory bodies, and vendors, to facilitate effective communication and coordination of services.
7.Operational planning:Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational performance and achieve organizational goals.
8.Process improvement: Identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and effectiveness, implementing process improvements, and evaluating outcomes.
