The Role
As the Head of Operations you will be expected to run daily management of the manufacturing function of the business and to drive continuous improvement. You will maintain regular communication with all the senior leadership team, regularly preparing and submitting reports relating to manufacturing activities and operating budgets. The role will report into the Site Director and lead a team of operations managers.
The ideal fit:
- • Experience in a Head of Operations role or equivalent
- • Food manufacturing experience is essential
- • A team player
- • A hands-on and strategic individual with a history in leadership management, employee engagement and change management
Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 plus benefits
Location: Nottinghamshire area
