Role: Head of Performance Marketing
Location: Kent
Salary: Up to £90,000 + Bonus
Head of Performance Marketing & Campaigns needed for an established and much loved travel / leisure business!
The Head of Performance Marketing and Campaigns will be responsible for developing a fully integrated marketing strategy that leverages owned and paid channels to deliver against the key commercial objectives of driving customer acquisition and generating incremental revenue.
The role will involve leading a team of marketing managers/executives in the planning, creation, delivery, analysis and optimisation of marketing plans across all available channels with a focus on delivering more measurable, results-driven marketing activity.
My client is looking to expand their customer base and drive revenue growth, the emphasis will be on test-and-learn, adopting an agile approach to trialling new combinations of channel mix, messaging, creative, offers, pricing and incentives.
