About the role
We’re shooting for the stars at Vintage Cash Cow and we need a Head of Performance Marketing to join us on the journey.
Your mission if you choose to accept it is to help us build a global digital acquisition & conversion strategy that converts our target audience into happy customers.
You’ll be joining a growing Marketing Team of 11 people, and will be leading the newly formed Performance Marketing function.
Not only do you need to own all things Performance Marketing, we need you to build your A Team to help deliver it.

To cut a long story short, we need you to come in and own it.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To build a predictable and scalable digital customer acquisition & conversion machine
To deliver our monthly sign-up & cpl targets across the full digital marketing mix including paid social, paid search, display & native retargeting, digital partnerships, programmatic and affiliate marketing
To build and lead a team of high-performing growth, channel, creative & data marketeers
To own the Performance Marketing Tech Stack ensuring you have the systems & tools in place to scale on a global level
To create the Performance Marketing playbook & processes that allows us to dominate the UK market and lift and shift to new territories
Work with the wider marketing team to deliver big UK wide demand generation & conversion campaigns that are fully joined up
Work with the Data Analyst to ensure that the performance marketing function is data-led & insight-driven
Work hand in hand with the CMO to develop and deliver the go to market strategies that will make Vintage Cash Cow a global, household name
Key Skills & Experience:
15+ years in a consumer facing Performance Marketing Role with 5 of those years in a senior position
Deep, up to date knowledge of the full digital marketing mix, and the acquisition and conversion strategies that are currently working today
End to end campaign planning & budgeting across all digital media
Proven track record of success. Not once, but twice.
You’ve built a performance marketing team out before and have successfully developed and retained that talent
You’ve built successful digital acquisition and conversions strategies for an older demographic (50+ households)
You’ve worked with global CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms like Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Oracle…

Starting Salary of £70k - £80k DOE reviewed annually
